Lacquered Loves

Hey guys! So I've been wanting to publish blog posts more often and I figured once a week sounded doable for me. From here on out, there shall be new blog posts up every Sunday! Nine Zero Lacquer is an indie brand by the lovely Jessface90. As a fan of her's, it was only natural for me to eventually try her brand and, I must say, I'm impressed. Hey guys! I'm so excited that October is finally here. Halloween is quickly becoming one of my favorite holidays and this year I hope to get in as many Halloween inspired manicures as I possibly can! Of course I'll be sharing them all with you lovelies, and I hope to see some amazing nail art from all of you as well. To kick off the month, I chose to do KBShimmer Be Scareful from last year's Fall collection. If you want to find out more about this polish, keep on reading! Be Scareful is a white crelly base packed full of black and orange glitters. There are small hexes, larger hexes, circles, triangles, and even stars, which were harder to get onto the nail. You'd probably have to do some fishing if you really want them. This polish also glows in the dark, which was quite the surprise from me! I really had no idea until I went to bed last night. Elevation Polish The Sea Was Red, Indoor Lighting Elevation Polish The Sea was Red definitely looks like a golden holographic polish in the bottle, but once applied it takes on different tones. There's a red to orange to gold/champagne shift when you're looking at it in low lighting, but once the light (artificial or sunlight) hits the surface of your nails, all the holographic goodness comes into play. It is strong. And I love it. Indoor Lighting, Label Holographic polishes are probably one of my favorite finishes just because they can be so beautiful and in-your-face .
