Glam Polish Totally 80's || Swatches

|| gifted || Releasing this Friday, July 31st at 2PM EST is the Totally 80's Collection. It consists of ten fun flakies and shimmery shades inspired by popular 80's movies! I was kindly sent five out of the ten shades to swatch & share with you guys today.  First up is Nobody Puts Baby In A Corner -- a light pink crelly with aurora shimmer & ultra holo glitter. Solely based on the theme, this is my favorite (and the only one I immediately knew the reference to). I'm a Dirty Dancing lover through and through. Formula-wise though, this one is the trickiest of the bunch. The pale base is a bit streaky. If you're more patient than I am with shades like this or if you have shorter nails, you may have more luck. Shown is four coats + top coat. Next up is  Never Feed Him After Midnight -- a light brown crelly with aurora shimmer & ultra holo glitter. This one is based on Gremlins. A Little Life Update: Where Have I Been?

It's been quite a while since I sat down to do a blog post. I promised myself I was going to publish at least one blog post a week and I quite quickly realized I was not in the mental capacity to do so. I've found that I do enjoy blogging and keeping up with my Instagram, however, my health rapidly became an issue and I couldn't keep up. If you remember back in August I'd mentioned having been struggling with severe carpal tunnel. I was unable to use my left hand to its' full potential and, being left handed, that took quite the toll on me. As my luck would have it, severe carpal tunnel eventually morphed into some strange numbing, tingling, and stiffening of the entire left side of my body - legs, side, arm, and neck. I was extremely scared and extremely worried about what was happening. I went to my primary doctor and he referred me to a neurologist. I was scared shitless.
